Ms. Jen Bednarek has taught health and physical education at IHA for the past 16 years. She received a B.S. degree in kinesiology and secondary school education (with coaching certification) from Pennsylvania State University, College of Health and Human Development.

Ms. Bednarek says she loves working at IHA because of the "energy and enthusiasm of the students and the knowledge and integrity of the administration, faculty, and staff."
