Mrs. Beth Szydlik '84

Mrs. Beth (Mueller) Szydlik '84, theology teacher, is a Class of 1984 alumna. She received a B.A. degree from Manhattan College in international studies and economics, with a minor in French, and an M.A. degree from Fordham University in international political economy and development. Mrs. Szydlik has two daughters who graduated from IHA in 2013 and 2018.

Mrs. Szydlik has been active in church ministry throughout her life including retreat direction, RCIA programs, religious education, crisis pregnancy counseling, and social activism. She said it is a privilege to be a part of the IHA community and to be able to contribute her "gifts to the development of our students in a unique environment where the emphasis on faith and membership in the Catholic community is a priority alongside academic and creative development."
