Mrs. Alice Rogers, assistant principal of students and moderator of the Student Council, received a B.A. in education from St. John's University and an M.A. degree in educational leadership from St. Peter's University. She has worked in the Archdiocese of Newark for more than three decades. She has taught various grade levels on the elementary level and has a deep commitment to Catholic education. She has also had three daughters graduate from Immaculate Heart Academy.
Mrs. Rogers said she enjoys working at IHA because she is "surrounded by hardworking professionals who want to deliver a first-rate education to the young women of our school." She said she loves watching the girls grow into smart and confident young women.
