Math League is open to all students who want to gain insight on how to be problem solvers by working with their peers. It is dedicated to encouraging students to use their math ability and mathematical concepts they have acquired to compete on state and national levels. Members compete in the New Jersey Math League competitions, which are administered once a month, as well as the American Mathematical Competition, which is administered in February. In addition to the competition dates, meetings will be held once a month to prepare. Those students who are enrolled in the STEM program are strongly encouraged to join. Membership in Math League is a pre-requisite to be invited to membership in the Mathematics National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta.
