The Fitness at The Heart Club is a space for girls to come together and share their love for all things fitness and wellness. The club meets twice a month in the fitness center right after school to do a group workout and occasional meditation. These workouts will include but are not limited to weightlifting, yoga, cardio, and stretching. Students will establish a healthy relationship with fitness as well as a healthy lifestyle that will be beneficial for the rest of their lives.
