The Chick-Fil-A Leader Academy is a program dedicated to growing leadership skills in high school students across the country.  It involves multiple Leader Labs to teach students about the major components of being an effective leader, like communication, innovation, and leadership. The program is also focused on teaching students how to create a lasting impact on their community.
