The goal of the Helium Project is to encourage wellness by promoting lightweight topics each month (for example: laughter, sleep, time management, etc.) Members will help to advocate and inspire others with these topics by making announcements on heartTV and placing posters and hosting activities (gratitude jars or boxes of chocolate) around the school throughout the year.
