Mr. Steve Ferro

Mr. Steve Ferro is the director of athletics, assistant varsity coach of the Basketball Team, and moderator of the Pickleball Club at Immaculate Heart Academy. He has been in education as both a teacher and coach for more than 30 years. He has coached boys and girls soccer, basketball, and spring track & field at Ramapo High School, within the Midland Park School District, and at Immaculate Heart Academy. Mr. Ferro brings a vast amount of experience to IHA, as he has coached in all three seasons and taught students in elementary, middle, and high school. He was a special education teacher within the Midland Park School District from 2004 to 2010, and also taught sixth grade science.

As IHA’s director of athletics, Mr. Ferro is proud to utilize his expertise and knowledge to help student-athletes find success and build confidence.
