Registration Information

Welcome Class of 2029! We are excited for you to join the sisterhood. Below you will find important information to register for IHA, as well as a Welcome Video from your sisters!
 
 
Below is the information needed to register for Immaculate Heart Academy's Class of 2029. Please note that all registration/enrollment forms should be completed and submitted on your Online Applicant Portal by February 8, 2025.
 
Additionally, all students must attend the Class of 2029 English Placement Test and Parent Information Session at IHA on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 9 a.m. 
 
 
Freshman Course Selection Form
  • World Language options are French, Italian, Latin, and Spanish. Please click here to view a video about World Languages offered at IHA.
  • Students who are currently taking Algebra I should take the placement test for Geometry. Students who are currently taking Pre-Algebra or Math 8 should take Algebra I.
  • Please click here to view a video about the Class of 2029 Freshman Electives and read the course descriptions before making your elective choices. 
 
Registration Form
  • This data is collected by the Archdiocese of Newark. If you do not know exact dates of sacraments, please estimate as best as you can.
 
Emergency Contact Form
  • Please enter at least one emergency contact. In case of emergency, we will reach out to parents/guardians first and then will go to the emergency contact if parents/guardians cannot be reached.
 
Textbook Loan Form
  • This form is for New Jersey residents only!
  • Most textbooks at IHA are on loan from the Westwood School District and are provided through state funding.
 
New Jersey Residents Bus Forms
  • This form is to be completed by all students regardless of whether your town provides transportation. If your daughter does not plan on taking a bus to IHA, please still complete this form. 
New York Residents Bus Forms
  • You are responsible for returning the bus form to your New York district.

As a reminder, students must submit a copy of Immunization Records through the online applicant portal by February 8, 2025. All students must have a Physical Examination between May 1 and Labor Day. Uniform polo shirts, fleeces, and gym uniforms are sold at IHA's Campus Shop. Orders can be shipped to you or picked up in the IHA Main Office during office hours, including over the summer months.
 
The uniform kilt, socks, shoes, and sweater are sold by FlynnO'Hara Uniforms. Please place your order over the summer months to ensure that it is in stock and available to you by September.
