On February 28, 2025, Immaculate Heart Academy hosted a World Languages Induction Ceremony for the French Honor Society, Italian Honor Society, and Spanish Honor Society in the IHA gymnasium. 

The induction began with a candle lit procession of the inductees and opening remarks by Miss Kerry Carroll '04, principal of IHA. The following executive board officers from all three honor societies then addressed the audience in their respective languages and inducted new members: Caroline Boufford ’25, president, and Katelyn Mikros ’25, secretary, of the French Honor Society; Lana Langevin ’25, president, and Grace Guglielmetti ’25, vice president, of the Italian Honor Society; and Gabrielle Rivera ’26, president, and Estefania Pogue ’25, vice president, of the Spanish Honor Society.

Thank you to Mrs. Eileen Ingoglia, teacher and moderator of the French Honor Society; Mrs. Maria Daly-Valls, teacher and moderator of the Italian Honor Society; and  Ms. Ana Echeverría P’05, teacher and moderator of the Spanish Honor Society, for coordinating this special event.
