Juniors heard from Mrs. Sarah Shutrop, director of formation and retreat leader; Mrs. Lauren Meyers, former IHA religious studies and Latin teacher and current Theology teacher at Marian High School in Indiana; and Ms. Heather Christman, religious studies teacher and a graduate student in University of Notre Dame’s Echo program. The speakers touched on stress, overwhelm, and discerning what to say “yes” to in order to live a fulfilling, rewarding, but manageable life.

Students enjoyed breakfast together, including donuts from Glaze; played IHA Trivia; joined together for Mass as a class, presided by Fr. Jae Joo from St. Elizabeth’s; and ended the day with a cookie party provided by Cookie Connect.
