Groups rotated through four different activities which included creating their class mission statement, writing letters to themselves that they will open senior year, learning from seniors and IHA principal, Miss Kerry Carroll'04, about what the IHA Sisterhood means to them, and hearing from a panel of staff members about eliminating the culture of competition. The day concluded with letters and a video message from Christian Service Board upperclassmen and Freshman Class Elections.
Special thanks to the many members of the Christian Service Board, the CSB executive board, and Mrs. Sarah Shutrop, director of formation, for all of the hard work that went into this memorable day for our newest sisters. Thank you to all of the Christian Service Board students who wrote letters to the freshmen, the IHA administration and faculty volunteers who helped run all of the sessions, and The Cookie Connect, Ridgewood for the delicious end-of-day treat. We hope the Class of 2025 feels just as blessed to join our sisterhood as we do to have them as a part of our IHA family.
