Registration Information
Welcome Class of 2029! We are excited for you to join the sisterhood. Below you will find important information to register for Immaculate Heart Academy, as well as a Welcome Video from your sisters!
Please note that all registration/enrollment forms for IHA’s Class of 2029 should be completed and submitted on your Online Applicant Portal by February 8, 2025. As a reminder, students must submit a copy of Immunization Records through the online portal by February 8, 2025 and must have a Physical Examination between May 1 and Labor Day. Fall athletes must complete the Physical Exam by August 1.
Additionally, all students must attend the Class of 2029 English Placement Test and Parent Information Session at Immaculate Heart Academy on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 9 a.m.

Freshman Course Selection Form:

World Language options are French, Italian, Latin, and Spanish. Please click here to view a video about World Languages offered at IHA.

Students who are currently taking Algebra I should take the placement test for Geometry. Students who are currently taking Pre-Algebra or Math 8 should take Algebra I.

Registration Form: This data is collected by the Archdiocese of Newark. If you do not know exact dates of sacraments, please estimate as best as you can.
Emergency Contact Form: Please enter at least one emergency contact. In case of emergency, we will reach out to parents/guardians first and then will go to the emergency contact if parents/guardians cannot be reached.
Textbook Loan Form: This form is for New Jersey residents only! Most textbooks at IHA are on loan from the Westwood School District and are provided through state funding.
Bus Forms: New Jersey Residents – This form is to be completed and returned to IHA by all students, regardless of whether your town provides transportation. If your daughter does not plan on taking a bus to IHA, please still complete this form. New York Residents – You are responsible for returning the bus form to your New York district.
